A MODERN BRAND INSPIRED BY HERITAGE
Botanical soda created in the Rhondda Valley at the end of the 19th century and re-imagined for the 21st century.
Made in Wales. Bottled at source.
Created in the Rhondda Valley at the end of the 19th century, Lurvill’s Delight was a popular carbonated soft drink invented by twin brothers Harold and Iolo Lewis. The profits made from the drink were used to pay for 150 coalminers and their families to emigrate to Pittsburgh and Denver in the USA. Production of the drink ceased in 1910 due to a shortage of local ingredients.
In 2016 we brought the legend of the Lewis twins from South Wales back to life by regenerating the age-old recipe to create a refreshing range of deliciously dry botancial sodas featuring a unique blend of flavours.
Our range of refreshing sodas are gently carbonated, low calorie, dry & light, made using only natural ingredients and spring water. We avoid anything artificial and don’t add any sugar, flavours, colours or preservatives.
Nettle, Rhubarb & Juniper
The sharp green apple of nettle with hints of pine and a light pepperiness of juniper, blended with natural rhubarb that delivers a dry, fruity finish.
Lavender, Ginger & Horseradish
The tiny purple flowers of the lavender lend a unique spicy kick, enhanced by ginger and the natural heat of horseradish. Dry with a light, spicy and remarkably long smooth finish.
Kola Nut, Meadowsweet & Apple
A low sugar cola that combines Kola Nut and Meadowsweet to create a floral cola taste, with hints of marzipan and apple, that’s dry not sweet.
